general steps for troubleshooting,
1) on clients,   ipconfig to check the IP and gateway.
, r+ `: `& A5 [, j: Q    if IP is 169. something link local address,  please trouble shoot DHCP or check the path to reach DHCP.
% l' Y  q+ ?/ b- O( X3 }) R9 l/ Q    the possible faults:  1) access port  or layer2 path to reach DHCP 2) dhcp helper address in vlan10 interface 3) DHCP server configuration.

2) on client1 and client2, do the same as step 1).  then ping each other.
* Q" K3 g+ q1 x! H" T1 Q    if here failed, then directly connected switches something wrong
   possible fault  1) switch port down or switch mode trunk by mistake.

  R; h( A: G. S9 R" W& w2 |$ e; e3) if 1) and 2) both success, then upstream somewhere wrong.

   show layer3 topology,   then ping each hop's ingress and egress IP until one hop ping failed.
   then that is where you need dig.   in my first ticket, i stuck for 40 minutes then found the issue...
as a tip, you may try to choose the different ticket option to see what is listed in the option candidate,  good hints for your own troubleshooting.
