关于远程桌面中控制vmware workstation中的问题

在主机的workstation上虚拟一台虚拟机。
在其他电脑上通过远程桌面登录该主机，然后控制workstation中的虚拟机。
但是却报错：This virtual machine appears to be in use.
If this virtual machine is already in use, press the "Cancel" button to avoid damaging it. If this virtual machine is not in use, press the "Take Ownership" button to obtain ownership of it.
并且虚拟机图标上为一小红叉。
这个问题该怎么解决，以实现远程桌面控制主机中虚拟机。请大虾指教！！！
