A is wrong, this will only work for the connection from PC2.
The other routers have no RIP routes, redistribution turns the RIP route into and EIGRP and into an OSPF route.
The redistribution replaces the original AD of 120. Into EIGRP this is not an issue because the 120 will be replaced by 170 because it becomes an External route.
But the issue starts when this route is redistributed from EIGRP into OSPF (AD=110), so B is the correct answer.
