TFTP Transfer Character Description
1) ! For net transfers an exclamation point indicates that the copy process is taking place. Each exclamation point indicates the successful transfer of ten packets (512 bytes each).

2) .. For net transfers a period indicates the copy process timed out. Many periods in a row typically mean that the copy process may fail.

3) O For net transfers an uppercase O indicates a packet was received out of order and the copy process may fail.

4) e For flash erasures, a lowercase e indicates a device is being erased.

5) E An uppercase E indicates an error. The copy process may fail.

So it looks like "O" means out of sequence packets during the TFTP transfer.(接收端数据包到达顺序乱了,一般因为flash写入速度慢,而发送的数据速率超过flash写入速率,一般不会导致文件损坏,使用verify /md5校验文件。)

You could try verifying the MD5 after the transfer completes

verify /md5 sup-bootflash:IOS_IMAGE-FILE-NAME

If the MD5 hash equals the same hash from the downloads page on CCO you should be safe to use it.
