都好睡着了手机邮件响了，三更半夜的cisco回我case了，看样子到现在还没定下来到底考试取消到几号。这是让我们到考场门口才能知道能不能考试的节奏啊。而且提供的解决方案没有退款，没有版本变更延期，有的只是一个时长为六个月的考试预约券或者直接reschedule。这不闹呢么。瞬间清醒奋笔疾书。

1.Could you please give us exact information about lab closing? We've booked air tickets and hotels and we don't want to lab has been closed as soon as we arrive the exam room. I need to do some flexible changes with our air tickets and hotel booking.

3.If two points above could neither be met, The best solution for us I think is refunding. Is there any possibility of refunding?

As you know, the baseline will change a lot after 24th,Feb,2020 and we're afraid that It's not enough for everyone to prepare it in that time. 这个得看疫情如何，我觉得如果疫情像现在这样发展，那么估计到变版本之前思科不会考试了。因为感染的风险很大。关键时候，大家要以自己的健康和生命安全为第一位。
