这种事情不是中国分部能决策的东西。用中文不行，用英文提交case，并且要求转发至headquarters要求处理。只有被转发到美国总部，才有可能有作用。中国北京思科自己没权利决定延期、退费等操作。一切决策由美国总部说了算。" F! L% L M1 W9 M9 o4 r$ R* a
所以大家要一起用英文开case，阐述情况。一定要要求转发给总部。
! e. y$ W l( Q只有大量的case被转发给总部，才有可能有改变。

直接中文发case，基本得到的只是思科中国的模板式回复，没有任何用处的。

标题 title:  China all VUE shutdown 27 days till to Feb-23-2020 (有字数限制，不能再多字符）
描述问题：
my Cisco-ID: CSCOXXXXX
I should attend Cisco certification exam before Feb-23-2020 in china with cisco exam now version.
but all china VUE were shutdown from Jan-27-2020. and  No duedate notice for China VUE open again.
What shall I do to finish cisco old version exam before Feb-23-2020?
Shall we ask cisco provide 1 more month extension time to  Cisco old version exam for all China guys. Like CCNP 300-135 exam  valid testing duedate to Mar-31-2020? or other better suggestions to all China Cisco certified guys  from Cisco。

说的有道理！我去试一下。
之前咨询过其他问题，英文提交的，中文回复给我的，理论上是支持中文。但这次看来必须是英文才行！兄弟你可以单独发一个建议贴出来，让大家方便看到

关键点是一定要要求客服人员将你的申请转发给总部。不转发给总部，只是北京的话，这种事儿北京是决策不了的。像Redhat原定也是4月底变新版，人家就决定延期改版延到7月底再变了。一样是美国总部决策的。所以一定要把自己的意见转发给思科总部，只有总部引起重视，才有一丝可能延期。

我case也提交了中英文各一个，目前都没有任何回复，打过400电话，电话也是自动回复，说是2月10日以后400的人工坐席才开始上班。思科的这个反应真是太慢，总部那边又不过中国新年，也一直在上班，居然什么应对方案都没给出，官微下骂声一片。对了，官方400电话是 4001200832，方便兄弟们查找
