NA/P is very simple, just study the question bank. It's so boring but it works.  If you want to systematically study the network technologies, just read the ospf, eigrp, route manipulation  in routing parts and vlan,trunk, stp,hsrp, SVI, layer 2 security in switching parts. These are important for your job. Even though you can handle these knowledge, you still have to study question bank like 3 or 4 days for each test because in NA/NP level, cisco needs the breadth of knowledge not the depth of the knowledge.
