确实，这道题，两个版本答案不一样，期待乔帮主解决。

在300-135 offical cert guide，有兩題

11. Which statements are true about GRE tunnels?
a. The original packet is encapsulated in a GRE header only.

答案是A

我認為GRE/IP為by default，GRE encapsulate original packet，加上new IP header是正確的，
所以選BC應該沒錯
