思科2811路由器无法正常启动，直接进入rommon模式

思科2811路由器无法正常启动，直接进入rommon模式。改了寄存值和重灌IOS，都没能解决。好像是认不到Flash，拆其它2811上的Flash上去，也是一样。设备是不是坏了，还能救吗？以下是设备启动信息： System Bootstrap, Version 12.3(8r)T7, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1) !
