so , 2018.9.05 has a different answer, C, DHCP issue. Which one is correct? I don't think the question any differently.


R5 configuration :-

This interface not getting dhcp ip address from R4. So even though OSPF configuration was like 0.0.0.0
6 V. M$ N& B  e$ ?! q+ j1 D* P0.0.0.0 area 0 , because this interface does not get correct ip address from DHCP it can’t participate in
7 q. k* k6 \* FOSPF.

3 e) s3 a% ^* H2 t% b' {This interface on R4 should have ip address configured on it instead of ” ip address dhcp ” . Hence its not
able to provide dhcp lease address to R5.
R4 also had ospf configured as network 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 area 0. So all interface can participate if they are
# z4 W+ O3 o- i: xup and if they have ip address.
But because R5 interface connected to R4 could not obtail correct dhcp ip address from R4 due to DHCP
issue they wont form ospf neighborship.
  B1 U; _; I3 G2 R( K  p+ Z( ASo correct answer is DHCP issue between R5 & R4.
