我选的是后者。我考前还查了一下，没有发现output里面有关于packet sequence的

VC 状态消息可以防止数据发送到黑洞。所以 Virtual circuit 对应的应该是black hole

How can the host ping the other side of the router or something to do with advertisements :

d)No eigrp stub
e)Disable split horizon(not sure of this option)
