Responsibilities:
* Provide technical consultation and leadership in the design and development efforts of complex engineering projects to the team
* Establish the architecture of the applications and alignment with other CCTG projects
* Work with product manager to determine or create technical approaches to satisfy market needs
* Identify issues and technical interdependencies and suggests possible changes
* Represent the team in solution discussion and planning meetings

Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of real-time communication apps
* At least 5 years leadership experience in architectural design, technical decision making and solution estimation
* Hands-on skill in coding/debugging/troubleshooting is a must.
* Broad knowledge on modelling, design patterns, refactoring, unit test.
* Experience with Agile development practices
* Possessing highly effective communication skills in spoken and written English
* Oversea working experience is a plus
