关于新ACL实验，求救！

吉祥三宝的ACL要求LAN可以访问CORE
但是我在PT实验时，发现ACL配置完成后。
网关回ICMP说ping不同。

然后show ip interface

Serial1/0 is up, line protocol is down (disabled)
  Internet address is 198.18.196.65/24
  Broadcast address is 255.255.255.255
  Address determined by setup command
  MTU is 1500
  Helper address is not set
  Directed broadcast forwarding is disabled
  Outgoing access list is not set
  Inbound  access list is not set
  Proxy ARP is enabled
  Security level is default
  Split horizon is enabled
  ICMP redirects are always sent
  ICMP unreachables are always sent
  ICMP mask replies are never sent
  IP fast switching is disabled
  IP fast switching on the same interface is disabled

发现protocol is down 。

请问考试会遇到吗？
如何实验环境中如何解决？
