求救 cisco 2960交换机升级license问题

救急 我这边有台思科的交换机WS-C2960-24TC-L 时间长久 已经没有维保 由于没有SSH 我从原先的c2960-lanbase-tar.122-25.SEE3.tar 升级到了c2960-lanbasek9-tar.122-55.SE10.tar  结果升级过后查看logging每几分钟就提示我授权！后来又重新刷回了c2960-lanbase-tar.122-25.SEE3.tar结果问题依旧。。。
能帮我解决吗 非常感谢大家！

能把具体的Log传上来看看吗？License应该没问题。没准只是提示，或者是Bug。
