请教接口input errors,CRC高有什么原因导致？

我这里的办公室有两台接入CISCO 2918，多数端口的input errors,CRC都不小；终端经常都会断开，接口经常性UP、DOWN。只要有人去碰过这两台交换机的线路，就肯定会导致大面积的终端接入故障。请教一下，这样的情况最有可能是什么导致的？怎么解决？谢谢各位大神指点。

CRC校验出问题，大部分是物理链路问题，检查一下接口，网线，

谢谢，明白了。端口问题感觉就不太像，因为两台设备都有这样情况。线路问题很有可能，但是由于线路都是暗埋的，不好搞。然后还有一部分办公室是当初开发商的样板房时期弄得，所以线路可能比较差。假若是线路的问题导致那就相当的难搞。
