Job Responsibilities  
【Outline】Working Time:Service Coverage : 8 hours * 5 days (8/9:00 AM – 5/6:00 PM CN)　Need to provide support on customer’s working days. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive Knowledge on Storage Area Networking (SAN) technology including solid understanding of Fiber Channel, zoning, RAID types, ISL, storage provisioning, LUN management, virtualization and performance management is required.2 of below IBM/EMC/Brocade/Cisco/HP product expert level is required,or Knowledge on 3 or more product is preferred.
• IBM SAN V7000 Storwize,SVC,XIV,NAS,TPC,Provide remote support for SAN environment is required.
• Basic Brocade director switch and Cisco SAN switch management
• IBM Tivoli Storage Manager or HP Data protector or CommVault backup software implementation and administration.
• EMC VNX/VMAX,NS180/420 storage management,data domain management.
• Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues.
• Assist and coordinate problem determination activities with other groups such as Facilities, Server, Database, and Network management.
• Ability to use Storage Management Tools to discover, monitor, build and report on the storage infrastructure, Good in Storage Capacity management.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for hardware, software, and firmware as it relates to configurations, changes, problems, standards, procedures, and processes. Provide 7x24 on-call support on a periodic basis.
• Ability to use Storage Management Tools to discover, monitor, build and report on the storage infrastructure
• Experience with hardware and software storage products and solutions is preferred.
• Experience with storage migration through Netapp Tier storage manager is preferred.
• Experience with local and remote site storage replication techniques and technologies, IBM Global Mirroring using SVC, Flash Copy using SVC.
• Management Tools: IBM TPC/SAN Fabric management/Performance monitor/Storage reporting tools/Data Center Network Manager(DCNM),Brocade network advisor
• Operating System: UNIX/Linux/Windo
