求助，华为三层交换的策略路由问题，求大神指点

一直用的cisco的设备，突然来一台华为的有点搞不太懂了，请大神帮忙。
在网上查了一下关于华为交换机策略路由的配置文档，但是自己用的时候发现有一条命令怎么打也打不上去，不知道是因为不支持还是因为操作有问题，恳请大神指点。

behavior view commands:
  car            Specify CAR (Committed Access Rate) feature
  configuration  Configuration interlock
  deny           Specify filter deny parameters
  display        Display current system information
  mirroring      Mirror port's data to observe port
  permit         Specify filter permit parameters
  ping           Send echo messages
  quit           Exit from current command view
  remark         Remark QoS values of the packet
  reset          Reset operation
  return         Exit to user view
  screen-width   Set screen width
  set            Set
  statistic      Statistic
  test-aaa       Accounts test
  trace          Trace route (switch) to host on Data Link Layer
  tracert        Trace route to host
  undo           Cancel current setting
没有redirect ip-nexthop这条命令根本！！！

然后又尝试一下：
[HuaWei-Access]traffic-redirect inbound acl 3000 ?
  cpu        Redirect to CPU
  interface  Specify the interface
  rule       Specify the ID of acl rule
也没有next-hop的选项！！！
  这是什么原因呢？？
