CCNP三科已经考收到思科一封邮件，对证书有影响吗？

We attempted to process and deliver a Cisco Certification kit for you. However, the address or phone number that was provided is either missing or incomplete.

In order for us to process and deliver your certification kit you must update your mailing address or phone number in your Cisco Profile within 7 business days. Once you have updated your Personal Information, please contact the Certifications Support Center at certs-queued@external.cisco.com. Advise them that your Personal Information has been updated. Please include your CSCO number in the correspondence. Once this is complete we will be able to re-process your certification kit. Certificate Kits can take approximately 4 - 5 weeks before delivery. Plaques are approximately 6 - 8 weeks before delivery.

To update your address and phone number, please log onto the Certifications Tracking System at www.cisco.com/go/certifications/login, click on the Update Personal Information link, and edit your address, phone number and any other information that is not current and up to date.

Please do not reply to this e-mail as we are not able to respond to messages sent to this e-mail address.
