Use VMware Converter to convert the operating system drive of each node and the operating system partition of each drive.
If your data or quorum drive is already on a SAN LUN, map it as a physical disk in VMware Server, or a RDM in VMware ESX.  
If your data or quorum drive is not on a SAN LUN:
    Create virtual disks for the data and quorum drives manually as per the instructions in the documentation for your VMware product.
    Clone the data to the new virtual disks. Clone the data using a method that copies all files and directories and preserves all permissions. Some methods for cloning the data are: .......

如果A ---- ISCSI 存储------B 这样的结构
很简单的先把A 迁移到 VM里面，只要网络没问题，ISCIS 存储依然会 是 A----ISCSI ----B 这样
然后再切换主节点到A上，迁移B 进去就好了
FC就比较碉堡了，需要你的ESXI主机装有FC HBA卡，接到同一个存储里面，还需要把HBA绑定你那个VM机器来替代A，不然就要全部重来选择RDM格式来挂 A VM ---- FC RDM-----B VM
所以还是ISCSI比较方便

看来还是IPSAN对VMware比较方便，现在老的环境和新的环境用的都是FCSAN还是建议用户重建吧，谢谢各位高手帮助

客户花了几百万投资的FC SAN，你跟人家说这个太麻烦了，你重新买IPSAN吧？
上星期刚做过一个，有那么难吗？无非就是zoning+lun masking
