远程连接vmwar server 1.0.3 出错

Server端主机系统： Redhat Enterprise Linux AS4  32位    Kernel： 2.6.9-42
安装vmware Server 1.0.3
在主机这边打开一般不出错，但是有时候会出现：
Unable to connect to the MKS: You need execute access in order to
connect with the VMware Server Console.  Access denied for config file:
/var/lib/vmware/Virtual Machines/Windows Server 2003.vmx."
Client端主机： Windows XP SP2
安装： Vmware client win32 1.0.3
连接后可以正常连接，但是正在运行的主机显示为黑屏。根本无法操作。
