windows系统绝对有问题

为什么我装其他操作系统像linux 6都可以用 不知道为什么一装windows 2000 .windows2003 windows xp我都装过安装完后启动时总是出现以下提示：
Operation on file "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Virtual Machines\Windows 2000 Advanced Server\Windows 2000 Advanced Server.vmdk" failed.
If the file resides on a remote file system, please make sure your network connection and the server where this disk resides are functioning properly. If the file resides on removable media, reattach the media.
Choose Retry to attempt the operation again.
Choose Abort to terminate this session.
Choose Continue to forward the error to the guest operating system.

上面翻译成中文是意思是：
文件 "C:\Documents 和设定 \ owner\my document\My 虚拟的机器 \ 窗口 2000 进一步的伺候器 \ 窗口 2000 进一步的 Server.vmdk" 上的操作失败。
如果文件在一个遥远的文件系统上住, 请确定你的网络连接，而且这个磁盘片住的伺候器正在适当地动作。 如果文件在可移去的媒体上住,reattach 媒体。
选择再试再一次尝试操作。
选择放弃这期间结束。
选择继续转寄错误到客人操作系统。

我试了很多次有的时候安装过程中提示 大部分都是安装好后重启就一直提示 我想不是虚似机问题因为其他系统可以玩 就windows 系统老出现这个提示高手帮下忙谢谢

这个问题我也碰到过，好像是copy过来的虚拟机就会提示这个，一直也没有解决，不知道有人能解决吗？

在虚拟机设置中重新设置一下硬盘，看看会如何？
