急急急!!!求助VM报错问题~!~!

急急急!!!求助啊~~!!日子没法过了`!哪位大虾指教一下啊~!
我运行vmware Workstation~!在虚拟机的XP系统里运行了一个大件程序`!
可以运行~一切都OK`!但是不定时的就会VM报错~!有时半小时出错~有时几分钟出错~!
报错后虚拟系统自动关闭~!哪位大虾告诉我该怎么处理啊???先行谢过了`!~!~!
我用的是VM5.5.3.34685版~!机器配置:CPU:T5500双核  内存:1G   显卡X1300
报错内容如下:
VMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (vcpu-0)
NOT_IMPLEMENTED C:/ob/bora-34685/bora/devices/mainmem/mainMemHosted.c:2525
A log file is available in "E:\虚拟系统\xp\vmware.log".  A core file is available in "C:\Documents and Settings\mlu\Application Data\VMware\vmware-vmx-2940.dmp".  Please request support and include the contents of the log file and core file.  
To collect files to submit to VMware support, run cscript vm-support.vbs.
