用IOU做二层EtherChannel和三层EtherChannel的困惑

用IOU中的L2IOU搭建简单的两台SW1、SW3 ，分别连接e1/0和e1/1，两条链路。二层Etherchannel和三层Etherchannel配置好都提示端口未被绑定到以太通道中。
以三层为例，就罗列一台设备的配置吧，两边都一样的。

各位大师，我的配置有什么问题？还是IOU模拟器的BUG呢？
