职位：Wintel系统管理员/工程师 汇报对象：花旗TI系统操作经理 职责 1. 服务于Wintel系统操作团队； 2. 能独立地完成Wintel服务器以及数据中心每天的运维； - 针对多个城市的Wintel服务器管理和工作站，包括Wintel服务器管理、监控、预先的维护、问题解决，远程提供第三方支持。 - 按照策略和步骤里完成系统基础架构上的管理和问题的解决方案； - 服务器群的优化以及集成； - 备份系统（NBU）管理，维护和问题诊断； - 存储系统（EMC）管理，维护和问题诊断； - Wintel服务器以及备份系统容量的分析及计划； 3. 支持项目上的工作包括供应商管理、文档的编写以及交付； 4. Wintel合规性维护的一些工作； 技能需求 1. IT或工程相关大学毕业； 2. 扎实的微软Wintel知识和实际的工作经验； 3. 扎实的备份知识，特别是在赛门铁克NBU这块； 4. 5年以上的大中型企业如下日常维护工作经验； - Windows2003 /Window 2008 AD域环境； - Exchange邮件系统； - 大容量的文件系统维护（希望在EMC方面）； - HP/IBM硬件方面的技术； - Windows终端服务器和Citrix服务器； - 备份系统（包括磁带技术以及虚拟带库）； - 微软系统的补丁包处理； - 虚拟化的经验，包括VMware ESX, P2V - 脚本的相关经验，最好是power shell - 系统监控、管理工具方面的经验； - 项目执行方面的经验； - 在听说读写方面都需要很好的英语； 优先考虑 做好任务和流程方面的工作。在变更管理，问题管理和服务级别管理方面需要有相关的意识。 有很好的经验在客户关注的技术支持环境或者有银行业IT经验。 在服务内部用户方面有很好的交流和服务意识 努力工作、团队协助，能适应加班 熟悉网络和安全领域 有相关证书MCSE/MCSD/MCITP/VCP/PMP

Working in Wintel daily operation team 2.
