Dynamips模拟7200报错

配置：win7 x64  I5-2450M  4G
使用Dynamips模拟cisco 7200的时候，如果使用unzip-c7200-adventerprisek9-mz.124-11.T1.bin的IOS
开启到第五台路由器的时候就会出现
CPU0: carved JIT exec zone of 16 Mb into 512 pages of 32 Kb.
NVRAM is empty, setting config register to 0x2142
RAM: unable to create device.
C7200 'R5': incomplete initialization (no memory?)
C7200 'R5': unable to initialize the platform hardware.
看了一下资源管理器，CPU占用5%左右，内存用了2G多。
看提示是说内存不够，但是其实完全够啊（我4G内存）。换成unzip-c7200-js-mz.124-12.bin这个IOS就一点问题都没有，一口气开七八个不成问题
如果说adventerprisek9比普通版需要更多资源，我的系统资源也足够啊
