搜了一下是一个认证考试。与np类似。

到官网上查看，CCIP在去年已经取消。

Beginning October 29, 2012, Cisco CCIP certification will be retired and Cisco will no longer issue new certifications. Individuals interested in pursuing a professional-level Cisco Security certification are encouraged to obtain the Cisco CCNP Service Provider certification. Learn more

If you currently have a valid CCIP certification or in the process of pursuing a CCIP certification and would like to instead pursue a CCNP Service Provider certification, visit the CCIP-CCNP Service Provider Tool. The CCIP Migration Tool will assist in identifying the exams you will need to pass to earn a CCNP Service Provider certification.
