这道我看过了视屏是一位是黄sir讲的，一位是闫辉老师讲的，他们讲不同，黄sir说这题正确答案应该是
B两项，我也是这么认为，FD(FS)<FD(S)*variance，官方课件也是这么说的，
但是闫辉老师讲的时候说FD(FS)<=FD(S)*variance，如这样说那么当然要先C项了。
现在请大家分析下，我认为正确答案肯定是B，但是题库中给的确实为C。
现在请考过的朋友给出意见，考试如时应该先C还是选B，还有上边两位老师的说给出一个正确的概念!
