补充：

isdn protocol-emulate network  该命令常用于ISP端口的E1线上，类似于DCE/DTE中的DCE。 在lab环境中，如果将两台Router的E1口直连（cross over cable），最好加入该命令，否者有可能E1无法起来。

rule 1 /^9/ //：  ^为开始符号，我的理解是：制定号码必须以9开头。

isdn incoming-voice voice   用于Incoming Dail-peer，基本是必须要写的，表示进来的为voice，不是data。
