1.       Configure the Physical Topology as shown inthe diagram using the proper cabling and interfaces shown in the diagram (10points).

2.       Ensure the Routers and the Switch have blankconfigurations

a.      On routers enter:

router#erase startup-config

b.     On switch enter:

switch#delete vlan.dat

switch#erase startup-config

switch#reload

4.       Configure network devices with IP addressesaccording to the following (20 points):

a.      Assign PC1 with the 1st availablehost address from the Left-hand network address space.

b.     Assign the LEFTROUTER fastethernet0/0 interfacethe last available host address from the Left-hand network address space andturn it on.

c.      Assign the LEFTROUTER  serial0/0/0 interface with the 1stavailable host address from the Serial P2P network and turn it on.

d.     Configure the LEFTSWITCH Vlan1 with an IPaddress for remote management using the second available host address from theLeft-hand network address space and turn it on.

e.     Assign the RIGHTROUTER  serial0/0/0 interface with the last availablehost address from the Serial P2P network and turn it on.

f.       Assign the RIGHTROUTER fastethernet0/0 interfacethe last available host address from the Fastethernet P2P  network address space and turn it on.

5.       Configure hostnames on all routers andswitches according to the diagram (10 points).

6.       Manually set the speed and duplex on thefastethernet link between the LEFTROUTER and LEFTSWITCH (10 points).

7.       Configure RIPv2 on all routers (10 points).

8.       Configure the LEFTSWITCH for Telnet access(10 points).

a.      Configure the telnet password (vty password) onall switches and routers to TELNETPASS

b.     Setdefault gateway on the LEFTSWITCH (ip default-gateway “ip address of router interface”)

9.       Configure Passwords (10 points).

a.      Configure an enable secret password of cisco on all switches and routers

b.     Configure a console password of CONPASS on all switches and routers

10.   Verify Complete Network Connectivity (10points).

a.      Issue the showip route command on each router (should see a route to every segment in thenetwork)

b.     Issue the showip protocol command on each router

c.      Issue the showip interface brief command on each router

d.     tracrert from PC1 to PC2

e.     You should be able to telnet from any device toany other device

11.  Save yourrunning configurations to NVRAM (10points).

12.  Callinstructor over to check and grade your work.
