网络IP充突！～找到端口发现是服务器

我们公司有个192.168.0.118这个地址工作站在用，可是今天用不了了，显示IP充突，通过4506查询发现充突端口，是服务器，可是服务器没有没这个地址》

询问DELL厂家查看日志没发现这个MAC和IP地址。这几天出现好几回了。
也有IBM，LIUNX系统的服务器。

谁能说明这是什么原因啊。是网内有病毒吗？按充突IP 地址怎么能找到服务器所在端口，并且服务器没有用过这个地址，面且也没有这个MAC地址，这个MAC地址还和服务器的MAC地址最后一位不同，前些位都相同。

为了保障工作站的稳定运行，建议先将192.168.0.118和工作站的MAC地址绑定；关于IP冲突的原因，有可能是是网内DHCP分配IP异常或者人为改动IP导致，请将你的详细检查过程写出来，这样大家或许可以给你一些有用的建议。另外，d4ae.52ab.9d09 和d4ae.52ab.9d0a 都是Dell公司的MAC

这是我具体的查询！两个IP出自一个端口。面且0.118的MAC地址DELL服务器并没有这个地址！～
