如果翻译是这样的话，也觉着不对，DPCP服务器会分配IP地址给客户端，而不是配置

这题我做题库的时候也很迷惑，按道理说我也认为B对，但是答案那样选择，我只能认为是DHCPserver主要干执行什么，而b是client请求的。c那个configure我就理解为分配

B说的是Host Discovery, 但是实际上DHCPDISCOVER是用来Server Discovery的， Server不负责discovery host
