答案是A.闫辉和红头发都说A，为什么config file不能存在Flash上呢？

IOS本身装载在FLASH中,
RAM存储路由器当前运行的配置文件(running-config),
NVRAM存储路由器当前的启动配置文件(startup-config),
ROM中则加载着MiniIos,BootStrap及RomMonitor运行模式程序.

路由器内的存储就是这样设计的，没有原因。

flash是存放系统的。配置文件是放在NVRAM里的。我觉得配置文件就像电脑存放BIOS在cmos里面一样的。而不是存放在电脑硬盘里一样。这样子好理解了吧。
