职位描述:

Are you an experienced Network Engineer with a Cisco Certified Network Administrator certification and are you excited by complex network design and troubleshooting? This might be an interesting opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities:

For Remote Service Network (RSN) problems that cannot be resolved by the Global Customer Services (GCS) Tier 1 team the issue may be escalated to the Global Services Engineering (GSE) Tier 2. The Tier 2 support team comprises specialist engineers with skills in particular areas of technology. This team responds to complex networking and application problems and may need to escalate some problems to vendors or work with Health Care Facilities (HCF) to determine root cause and resolution. Tier 2 will be responsible for network problem resolution, applications technical support, Knowledgebase input and maintenance, and overall customer satisfaction resolution for Philips Remote Services (PRS). GSE Tier 2 is responsible to provision all sites and systems for PRS, they will work within SLA and deliver excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.

In this role, you will help us achieve our goal of connecting our medical devices in the field to our world-class remote service centers by applying your skills in network design and troubleshooting in order to improve the speed and efficiency of our customer service organization. A significant portion of your time will be spent in interacting with Philips field service personnel as well as hospital IT personnel in order to successfully connect Philips equipment to the RSN. Finally, you will be responsible for overall network uptime and connection oversight in order to quickly resolve issues with the network environment.

Your team:

The role of Global Customer Services (GCS) is to provide strategic leadership for both our portfolio of service products and the process and systems infrastructure to deliver these services. Each global process owner in GCS has a significant responsibility to understand industry best practice, listen to internal customers, and oversee design, development and implementation of systems to support processes.

Your profile:

You bring a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in network engineering. Experience in network troubleshooting, customer service, and training guidance is strongly desired. A Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering/Computer Science/IT field is preferred, including a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

As a successful candidate you will work with the leader in the medical systems industry, learning how to define and manage a world-wide network while making a tremendous impact on remote system connectivity resulting in increased system uptime and cost savings.

Furthermore you bring experience in:

? Network Experience

? TCP/IP ? DNS, VPN, NAT, ACL

? Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and VPN concentrators

? Application troubleshooting

? helpdesk/support experience
