10和20表示第一行第二行，10 20 30 40 50 60……

选B 因为20 acl一般是出来回包的，端口号 服务器使用知名端口号0-1023 客户端使用高于1023的端口号，所以来自于172.16.16.0作为源时的地址启用的端口号肯定不是知名端口号的
