在Ethernet VII中，二层寻址是通过MAC地址来实现的。在FR中，不存在MAC的概念，而是通过DLCI号来进行寻址。当从三层解封装后，找不到二层的映射时，即没有到自己的map时，也就没法ping通了，也就是二层寻址没成功。要想ping通，就应该添加一条到自己的二层映射。
