这道题是问，eigrp在没有学习到邻居路由之前，或者说没有邻居之前，会把哪些路由放入到eigrp拓扑表里

先看答案A ：是说eigrp会把show ip route 的connected 的放入到表里，是明显是错误的，不启用eigrp的接口是不会和eigrp产生什么关系的.
再看答案D：是说会把show ip route static 的条目加入到eigrp表里，比A更能扯。
然后选两个答案：那么BC是正确的
B是说手工指定邻居，比如你用nei 192.168.1.1那么你路由器本机的192.168.1.*这个接口就会加入到拓扑表里面.
C是说把重发布的路由放入到拓扑表里，这也是没问题的.
