思科发邮件来说我CCNA作弊，可是我没作弊啊！

我5月13日第一次考试未通过，第二次考试947分。等到今天结果等来一封邮件，附件中说我考试作弊，分数取消，半年禁考！

4 m6 D) s1 V; S+ S我就不明白了，怎么就说我作弊了？我很正常的做啊，七十分钟出考场，也没有任何违规行为，怎么就说我是作弊？而且不提供证据，思科的这个做法正确么？

我该怎么办？

我看了一下链接中的内容，明确写的是在注册过程中发生的问题（We have identified irregularities in your registration(s) and/or exam administration(s) which, along with other factors, suggest a compromise of testing integrity. ）
而我的是考试过程中的问题：It has recently come to our attention that a testing irregularity occurred on your Cisco exam 640-802 .... This irregularity is in violation of the Cisco Certifications Exam policies, located in section 4.3 of the Cisco Certifications and Confidentiality Agreement, entitled “Accuracy and Integrity of Examination Process”.

可怜的哇，还是正规考试报名比较可靠！还是选择一次正规的吧，正规才是王道

( Q. L  T) Y) b* {3 P1 v* X0 ~不会，我是通过思科的官方培训合作伙伴那里报的名（南京万和，思科官方网站可查）。违规报名的可能性几乎没有。
