连上VPN服务器，但PING不通公司内网

在家连上VPN无法访问公司内网的问题：
    家中有一无线路由：172.16.1.1
    想要连公司内网服务器IP：   192.168.0.103
连上VPN后，公司内网都不能访问，家中用的长城宽带，有的同事在家（电信）通过VPN能够访问。
请问与这有关吗？是否需要对服务器进行设置？
被这个折腾了很久一直没有解决，哪位高手帮帮帮忙啊{:soso_e105:}

把VPN连接里面的那个默认网关的勾去掉，   但这样就只能上外网。不能上内网。   把勾勾上，只能上内网不能上外网，   建议加一条路由。   把所有内网的IP请求，指向到内网的网关。
