Frame relay link 有两种封装：cisco（默认）和IETF
LMI封装类型有三种：cisco、ansi、q933a。
show frame-relay lmi 显示的cisco为LMI的封装类型。而show frame-relay map 显示的是Frame relay link的封装。想必你是把两个cisco弄混了
