A 当被禁止的MAC被学习，或者被配置在别的安全接口上时
B 当被禁止的MAC被静态配置在端口上的时候
好像静态配置MAC只能配置允许访问的MAC的吧?

配置在别的端口是别的端口禁止才对，这里another不对

端口安全不是只能允许静态配置的MAC地址么？

可以动态学习用sticky命令

我的意思是，对于静态配置或者sticky学习到的地址，只能允许它们访问网络，其他没学习到得或者手工配置的MAC地址禁止它们访问网络
