According to the link, https://www.isc2.org/Exams/Exam-Language-Availability, on our website, There are no restrictions for the CISSP exam in Simplified Chinese. As a resident, otr exam candidate in Canada, you will be able to register for the exam choosing Simplified Chinese as your preferred language.

At this time, your request has been completed.  Should you experience another issue, please send a new email examadministration@isc2.org and a member of our Exam Administration Team will be happy to assist you.
