ICT Supervisor Qualifications
1 Bachelor degree or above in computer science, network or other technical discipline
2 Certifications CCNP/CCDP or higher appreciated
3 Project Management experience is appreciated
4 Drive License & Private Car appreciated
5 3 years+ working experience on network design for a new site
6 5 years+ working experience on network troubleshooting with LAN/WAN/WLAN/Firewall/IT Items
7 Solid experience with state of commonly used network technologies and protocols is expected
8 responsible, proactive, adaptable, flexible and can work on multiple topics simultaneously
9 English is mandatory，Chinese or Arabic will be a Plus
ICT Supervisor JOB Description：
*2nd/3rd level technical support for LAN/WAN incidents in ME area. Participate in 7X24 on-call Support
* Campus network coordinator for cable based and wifi/CCTV/Datacom infrastructure on Warehouses and Stations in KSA
*Contact person towards internal customer and Suppliers
* Cooperation with ME ICT team
* Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network and IT items problems on a highest level
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
* Complete the tasks assigned by  ME Head Of IT Department
