以下是思科的回覆
1.As we all know, cisco certificate baseline will change on 24th,Feb,2020. If lab will be closed, candidates during closing time will miss the baseline we prepared. Is there any possibility of delaying baseline changing for candidates that missed the baseline?
! p4 G0 H7 c1 Q-- No. We will not extend the current version of the lab exams we intend to update starting February 24, 2020.
7 W0 d" c: d: K6 G7 \6 H9 c7 B結論:思科不會為了這些停考的考生而去延長改版時間 改版會如期實施

2.If we definitely need to reshedule or get a coupon, We want to extend time we could use it. As you know, the baseline will change a lot after 24th,Feb,2020 and i'am afraid that It's not enough for everyone to prepare it in that time. So I want coupon without valid time or extended valid time.
0 j. U6 F" t# n' ]-- I am afraid this is not possible. The voucher, once generated will be valid for 6 months but the date in which you will select can be up to 4 months. Given this time-frame, this is enough to prepare for the new version of the lab exam.
結論:考試卷的時間不會為了這次停考的考生延長使用時效 並且他們也認為給我們六個月的時間足以準備考試(狗屁)

3.If two points above could neither be met, The best solution for us I think is refunding. Is there any possibility of refunding?
-- The resolution that can be offered is only for issuance of the voucher. Direct refund is not included.
結論:錢收了我就不打算還你了
