我个人觉得C是不对的，如果只改了weight和distance，为什么要Clear IP routes on the device呢？

个人觉得是A，选项B和网关没有关系，选项C清理设备上的路由和建立邻居也没有关系，选项D，就一个Distance只在本台设备有效不需要同步
