因為路由表上是紀錄收到某網段時，要從哪個介面(next hop)送出，而對router而言，他只知道自己的介面端口或介面IP，他當然是把封包從他的離開介面丟出去。

另外路由器應該是不知道對方IP，除非使用CDP或者等對方丟封包回來才會知道，我是這樣理解的@@
