113 point-to-point links，每个点对点最少4个网络ip地址，113乘以4即可

113 point-to-point links，就是113个网段的，也就是借7位子网的，题目后面总共是/30，所以是30-7=23。。。。。这道我是问过老师的。。。

谢谢各位，可以这样理解吗：
因为每对link需要2个可用ip，所以每对至少要4个ip（网络和广播ip不可用）对应mask就是255.255.255.252 。
113对links就要113*4=452个ip ，512〉452〉252 ，所以要借一位就是/23了。
