E1链路不定时UP DOWN

情况：在用一台华三的MSR5660路由器，对端是一台思科的路由器，通过E1链路使用专线，6个端口捆绑。
问题：MSR5660出现不定时DOWN下来，大约过5秒或者10秒就会重新UP起来，检查过配置是没有问题的，而且设备接地正常。最最奇怪的是，思科上没有出现任何端口down的记录。
