职位描述:
Responsibility:
- Manage production infra monitor/management tools and related Linux system;
- Manage production DNS system;
- Infra automation tools programming and write scripts for Openstack system;
- Create and customize models and metrics of SaaS and provide reporting and performance monitoring to capacity plan using data drawn from diverse sources;
- Work in an Agile process, participate in daily scrums;
- Work on the production related change management and ensure all changes are under standard procedure and controlling;
- Resolve detailed technical operational issues that have been escalated to the infra team; Diagnose and resolve the problem in a timely fashion, including being on call during non-office hour in case of infra emergency that may arise. These emergencies may require coordinating and close working with IDC vendor, equipment vendor and other internal team;
