多播MAC地址前25为固定，后23为用IP地址的后23位填充
225.230.57.199的二进制位
11100001.11100110.00111001.11000111
填充后
0000|0001-0000|0000-0101|1110-0110|0110-0011|1001-1100|0111
写成16进制后
01-00-5E-66-39-C7
对应的口是G3/7 F4/14
