QA engineer(性能测试)  

Job Description:

The ideal candidatedemonstrates a systems-level focus, while understanding the impact of every component.You will design and execute end-to-end test planning of user requirements, usecases, and technical specifications. You will communicate with the projectmanager, developers, fellow QA engineers, and other interest groups, both inBeijing and in the Silicon Valley office.

1、Design, write, andexecute test cases and test plans.

2、QA environment setup.

3、 Continuous testcoverage, maintenance, and improvement.

4、 Functional andnon-functional test execution, including performance, load, and scalability.

5、Implement automationtest cases.

6、 Functional andperformance regression testing.

7、 Product release sanitytesting.

8、 Provide initialinvestigation, reproducible steps, and more for L3 customer ticket support.

Requirements:

1、Degree in ComputerScience or Electrical Engineering, or relevant education/experience.

2、 5+ years experience asa QA engineer.

3、 Fundamental skills injava, Unix or Linux, performance testing tools such as jmeter.

4、Extensive knowledge ofsoftware/service testing and quality methodology.

5、 Strong communicationand collaboration skills.

6、Routinely demonstratesflexibility and is a highly-competent multi-tasker.

7、A good command of theEnglish language, both spoken and written.

岗位概述

负责产品、项目测试工作。

主要工作职责

1.编写软件测试计划、搭建测试环境；

2.根据需求规格说明书编写测试场景和测试用例；

3.执行软件测试用例、记录测试结果；

4.提交测试缺陷，跟踪缺陷关闭；

5.制定自动化测试方案、并编写自动化测试脚本；

6.制定性能测试方案、并部署性能测试；

7.参与产品规划和需求规格说明书的评审；

8.领导交办的其他工作。

四、任职资格

1.学历要求：理工科本科学历及以上

2.专业要求.熟悉完整的软件测试流程，精通测试用例设计，掌握自动化性能测试方法，熟悉主流测试工具和测试管理工具

3.知识技能/资格证书要求 熟悉企业管理软件，具有良好的分析和逻辑思维能力，具备良好的表达能力；具备较强的学习能力和文字水平；具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神

4.工作经验要求 2年以上测试工作经验，1年以上大型系统测试经验

5.自动化测试以python为主，java为辅，偶尔会用到VB
